Animo Games is a small, family owned and operated company. We pack and fill our orders directly (except for merchandise such as apparel, those are printed on demand and fulfilled remotely by a 3rd party). We strive to get orders in the mail the next business day after they are received, however we can make no guarantees as to final delivery times.
