Refund policy

Due to the collectible and sensitive nature of trading cards, we do not accept returns on any items that have been opened. This includes booster packs, strategy/starter decks, boxes, or any product where the factory seal has been broken.

We are happy to offer full refunds on sealed items returned within 30 days of purchase, provided the items are in new, unopened condition.

Return Shipping Costs:

  • Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or arrives damaged.

  • If your item was damaged in transit or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us immediately with photos so we can make it right.
