For products labeled as "Pre-Order", we are estimating a shipping date some time in March 2026. It's hard to know the exact date when we will receive the items on our end, since we have just begun the process of finalizing files to send to the manufacturer. Our best estimate at this time, based on the production timeline is that we should be receiving everything in March and will then begin shipping immediately to our pre-order customers.

It is important to note, however, that if your order contains items that are currently available, we will ship those out immediately (or when they become available in the case of the BVC Calendars and the Christmas Packs which we expect will arrive sometime at the end of this month.

You are certainly welcome to wait until the product releases to order if that is better for your situation. Here are some of the benefits of pre-ordering:

1. Limited Quantities: Some of the items (such as the Truth Seeker Deluxe Collector's Box) are printed in limited quantities and tend to sell out quickly, so there is no guarantee it will be available later on.
2. Exclusive Bonuses: There are special pre-order bonuses such as the gold foil cards that will not be available after this sale.
3. Big Savings: Once the products are released, they will be sold at their full MSRP price, and the exclusive bundle offers you see here will be discontinued.
4. Pre-Orders Help Us Immensely! Animo is a passion, a ministry, and yes, a business. But it is not our day jobs, nor do we take any part of the profits. This pre-order is essential in helping us afford the massive cost of production. We choose to produce in large enough quantities in order to keep our prices competitive with the "big guys" in the TCG world and simply need some sales up front in order to make it happen.

Because the gold card promos are a limited print run, each card has a limit of 1 per customer (order). If a separate order was to be placed under a different name, it would qualify for its own bonuses provided that order meets the bonus requirements.

We don't have a method in place to accept donations, nor are we asking for any. Instead, if you'd like to donate, the best way to do so would be to make a purchase for an item(s) and leave a note in the checkout page (or send us an e-mail) saying you wish to donate the item. We could handle the rest from there on your behalf! We have several great ministries in our area that would love to accept donations, especially for children during the Christmas season.
