Why Kickstarter?
Kickstarter is a crowd funding platform that allows creators to accept "pledges" in order to raise the funds needed to help complete and produce their projects. In exchange for their "pledge", backers of a project are often rewarded with something tangible in return. In our case, our backers will be able to "pledge" in exchange for the new "Red Letter Day" products as soon as they are available. By pledging via our kickstarter, essentially, you will be pre-ordering our products at a discount. We have already invested thousands of dollars into artwork, as well as thousands of hours on development, design, and play testing. The expansion is 99% complete, but we need your help to raise the funds for production! The money raised through pre-orders via kickstarter will be used to help fund the cost of manufacturing our product at a large enough scale to keep prices competitive with other trading card games on the market. WhAt Is Red LEtter Day?
The 'Red Letter Day' expansion brings 141 all new collectible Animo cards to the series! These cards feature all new characters... and highlight scripture that captures the spoken words of Jesus. With story cards that recall parables from Jesus, 'Red Letter Day' is primed to be the best expansion yet! We plan to release this expansion through booster packs, and two strategy decks (Treashell and Percy), so you can hit the ground running right away!
